1. Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from miner

2. Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges

3. Burnt parts on hash boards or chips

4. Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment

5. Over Clock

A2: 360 days warranty for Antminer miners. 180 days for other brand new miner

Q3: Who could provide the Warranty Service?

A3: If it is within the warranty period, the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service.
